He previously worked as senior designer for TAL Advertising, Inc. and Heritage USA. He considers maintaining and building relationship with clients to be the most fulfilling aspects of his career, and attributes his success to his passion for his profession and his dedication.

Mr. DeCeglio received his Bachelor of Fine Arts from Columbus College of Art & Design in 1970, and is the recipient of multiple awards including the Mame Award, the Print Award, Reward of Merit and the Angel Award. He stays current with the trends in his profession by conducting research and reading industry-related publications. He considers acquiring new clients is the most important issue facing his profession and hopes to continue expanding his business.
